Why We Built This Site
Ohio has no single public statewide trial-court docket search covering all 88 counties. In Pickaway County, the first question is which court held the matter. The Pickaway County Clerk of Courts keeps Common Pleas legal-division records, Circleville Municipal Court keeps its countywide adult traffic, misdemeanor, limited civil, and small-claims records, and the Probate and Juvenile Court keeps its own division records. Separating those routes makes an official search or records request more direct.
What You Will Find Here
- Docket guides: official routes for Criminal Court Dockets and Civil Court Dockets
- Dates and settings: the Court Schedule route for checking a notice, docket entry, or scheduling contact
- Search paths: Docket Search guidance for CourtView eServices, Circleville Record Search, and CaseLook
- Custodian requests: Court Case Records information for inspection, ordinary copies, and certification questions
What We Cannot Do
This is a privately operated reference resource, not a Pickaway County or Ohio court office. The actual court or record custodian, rather than this site, handles official case work.
- Issue an official docket sheet, case file, or certified copy
- Set, continue, change, or confirm a hearing date
- File, amend, seal, or remove a court record
- Perform a court records search by telephone for a visitor
- Interpret a pending case, order, deadline, or legal consequence
Official or certified copies come from the court or clerk that maintains the case. For Common Pleas matters, the Pickaway County Clerk of Courts Legal Department is the records custodian; Municipal and Probate or Juvenile matters follow their own court routes.
Search Partners
Some pages include a search box supplied by an outside provider. That service operates under its own terms, pricing, and privacy practices, and a result from it is not an official Pickaway docket or clerk copy. Official court links are provided for finding a known case, checking a setting, or requesting the releasable record from the appropriate custodian.
